Cinnamon sticks are made from the inner bark of the cinnamon tree. First, cinnamon trees are cut down and the bark is gently stripped from the trunk. The bark is then dried and rolled into rolls. These sticks can be ground to create cinnamon powder.
This tree grows mainly in East Asian countries and has two main types: Ceylon or true cinnamon, which grows mostly in the Sri Lankan region, and Cassia cinnamon, which is found in China and Indonesia and has a relatively spicier and warmer taste.
Our collection imports this product from China. This cinnamon has a strong cassia flavor and is marketed in 25-kilogram bags after undergoing precise import processes, fresh and preserving all its natural properties.
